Pondus BoomNode System

The Pondus BoomNode System.

Purpose-built hardware nodes, an operator app, and a fleet management plane. No vehicle wiring. No machine control. No lock-in.

Pondus TiltNode

Body roll and incline monitoring.

TiltNode is the truck-mounted body-roll and incline node. It monitors setup integrity, reference changes, and truck movement across left/right, front/back, and combined axes. When the boom is loaded, the operator is not working from instinct alone.

Pondus OutNode

Outrigger pressure at each pad.

OutNode is the outrigger-pressure node. A hydraulic pressure transducer at each outrigger foot shows how load is distributed and flags unloading conditions before the operator is left guessing about what the setup is doing.

Pondus WindNode

Wind velocity and direction at the boom tip.

WindNode mounts at the boom tip. Ground-level wind readings miss what is happening at full extension. WindNode flags unsafe wind velocity and direction where the exposure is real.

Pondus BoomNode

The master system.

BoomNode brings TiltNode, OutNode, WindNode, the operator iPhone workflow, and the fleet management plane together. Assignment checks, inspection-required states, trusted re-zero recovery, and continuous alert streaming for manager review.

Pondus field hardware preparation

iPhone-first. Apple Watch haptics. Built for the cab.

The Pondus operator app runs on the operator's iPhone and surfaces assignment checks, live readings, inspection-required states, and re-zero guidance. Apple Watch haptic alerts mean the operator feels a condition change even when the phone is pocketed.

All alert logic stays on-device. Cloud sync when connectivity is available.

See the trucks that actually need attention.

One place to see truck locations, operator assignments, and which repeated critical alerts require immediate coaching — without wading through raw sensor data. Serious and severe episodes are logged, reviewable, and comparable across trucks and operators.
